CLEAR BUMPS ON YOUR SKIN FOREVER

I’VE BEEN THERE. WHEN YOUR SKIN (ESPECIALLY YOUR FOREHEAD) IS FILLED WITH BUMPS.BUT I’M OVER IT NOW.SO I THOUGHT OF SHARING MY TREATMENT PROCESS WITH YOU.

MY STORY-I was suffering from forehead bumps for over 3 years.LITERALLY,I HAD TRIED EVERYTHING.My face looked so uneven and sometimes when i tried to pop them ,it left behind dark spots.And after 3 years i finally understood the reason behind my problem and believe it or not my skin has become so much better.

REASON-I found out ,couple of reasons can lead to the formation of bumps of your skin —

  1. It occurs due to improper blood circulation in your skin.
  2. Stress and anxiety.
  3. Over consumption of sweets(sugar) and oily food.
  4. Improper hygiene and irregular bowel.
  5. Use of unsuitable skin-care products

SOLUTION-Solution for reason no.1–Exercise.Even if it is a 10 minutes cardio workout,do it.Exercise has multiple benefits.It increases blood flow in your skin, boosts your immunity and confidence and improves digestion and so much more.You don’t even have to visit the gym.There are so many great workout videos on you tube.I personally recommend Pamela Reif’s workout,She has some great workout videos for beginners as well as intermediates on you tube.

Solution for reason no.2-Okay I know its easier said than done.But you can sure apply these ways to control your stress.I have been told by someone to do yoga and meditation,but to be honest these are not meant for people like me who cannot sit at one place.If you like yoga and meditation ,go ahead and perform it everyday.But what I did to deal with any stressful situation is that,to remind myself this pep talk — “Happiness come when you stop thinking or dealing about stuff which is beyond your will. We all make mistakes,but the important thing is to learn something from them.”

Solution for reason no.3-I am not telling you to stop eating sweets forever,but you can sure reduce sugar intake,if you want healthy skin.But if you have a party or a special occasion tomorrow,AVOID IT.

Solution for reason no. 4-Wash your face with a face wash when taking a bath then at night.Make sure to apply a TONER and a moisturiser suiting your skin type.I recommend using RE’EQUIL PITSTOP GEL.It helped me a lot with the dark spots left behind by the bumps. you must apply a face mask or a face pack once a week at least. Before applying the pack you must steam your face for 5 mins ,it opens up the pores of your skin.Your mask or pack must include ingredients like neem,haldi,honey and aloevera.

solution for reason no .5-Sometimes skin bumps occur due to the use of unsuitable products.These bumps are temporary and are likely to go away within a week.Make sure the products you use are suitable for your skin.

Forehead bumps might look like a very small problem,but it actually is a sign that you are not well.So,try out these solutions and don’t forget to comment me down bellow whether it worked for you or not.
